Construct 16' x 29'-6" outdoor patio - concrete pad, fencing, lighting & landscaping - on vacant lot owned by applicant.  Lot is adjacent to the Pearl Road Tavern building which is located on separate PPN and owned by other than applicant, who operates the Tavern business.  Patio will be an accessory use to main tavern building.

Approved with understanding that applicant would: (1) change appearance of planned chain link fence to one of metal frame construction w/wood slats, per design of frontage fence; (2) offset west entrance gate of patio enclosure as far west as possible - e.g., line up w/rear of taven building; (3) install asphalt curb along shadow box fence on patio's south & west sides; (4) install landscaping along Pearl Road patio frontage following consultation w/Home Depot consultant; (5) provide electrical conduit in conjunction w/patio construction.
