Although this project was being reviewed for Schematic Approval however he applicant requested Final Approal.

** The Planning Commission requested that this project be presnted to the community as it will impact the residential nature of the community. To date, we have not received confirmation that this had taken place. A detailed email was sent to the councilman and the development team on 12/17/2020 asking again.
