Project presented by Joel Frezel representing Watkins Lighting and Bazo Construction.  Project is a re-imaging and moving back to the original design and intent of the signage.  They are re-using 

 

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Appreciates the change to the traditional arrow sign from the box sign.
  • Has there been any lighting study or photometric study of the site?
  • Is the NASCAR logos necessary?  There are so many on the site.
  • There is alot of temporary posters plastered to the building and windows.  Can these be addressed through code enforcement?
  • Can the graphics from option 1 and 2 together?

 

 

Motion to approve Option #1 with the addition of the Sunoco logo from Option #2 and the request of the photommetric plan to be submitted. The remainder of the signage approved as presented by all voting members present.
