Project presented by representatives from CPL and Riverstone Survey as a new parking lot to service the existing Glenville Branch Library with 12 spaces, fencing, and landscaping.

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Why is the fence placed in the proposed locations?  Can the south fence be shifted to allow for snow push/piling during the winter?
  • Can you add to the landscaping plan two trees and two shrubs.

 

Motion to approve with the conditions: 1.) that the number of trees be increased from 3 to 5 and the number of shrubs be increased from 10 to 12 and 2.) that the south fence line be moved further left.
