Committee moved to approve the sign design/graphics as presented with the understanding that: (1) the logo and words "boostmobile" on the different sized wall-mounted signs are of the same proportional sizes; and (2) the sign contractor work with the building owner and the business owner to: (a) restore the sandstone bulkhead back to its original color by removing the orange paint and, (b) remove accessory sign graphics and neon signage from the display windows as such signs are included in maximum allowable signage calculations.
