Committee moved to recommend final approval of the project design and site layout with the understanding that the: (1) use of the Azek-style matrerial for the porch's lattice trim is preferred over wood for long-term durability and maintenance reasons; (2) the sponsors commit to the use of Desert Sand Wicker and Quiet Willow as the primary building colors; and (3) final design incorporate the following recommendations that are part of the Housing Design Review Subcommittee's October 10, 2017 memo w/respect to porch height, raised front porch beam elevation, and protection of existing street trees in the W. 54th Street tree lawn w/fencing during construction.
