Demolition presented by Steve Billington of the CCLRC.  This is the only residential strucuture in an area zoned for commercial uses.

 

Committee Comments, Questions, Concerns

  • Does the adjacent business have any interest in the property post demolition?
  • Will the exising board on board fence rmain?  This is a safety issue and it is in violation of the code because its over 4' high and in the front yard setback.
  • Who owns the properties to the east?  Mostly the city landbank.
  • Will CCLRC be removing the shrubs and the mature trees?
