Description:

Proposed construction of a 10-unit, fee-simple townhouse-style residential condominiuim project.  The building footprint is divided amongst two buildings.  Building 1 fronts both Scranton Road with 5 units and West 16th Place with 2 units.  Building 2 fronts West 16th Place and contains three units.The two buildings are divided by a shared driveway accessed off of West 16th Place.  Every residence has a visible entry door from the street, a 2-car garage, and a roof top deck.
