Motion to approve the project with the consideration of the following comments: 1). Inclusion of historical signage of the site 2). Signage or secondary connections facing towards Grand Avenue 3). Access point curb-cut (former street), is to be reduced to 15’-20’ wide. The area in front of the bollards is to be a concrete section, stained brick red in color. Also, concrete formations should flank the side of the drive, to provide seating elements and prevent cars from driving into the site 4). Applicant to study supplemental lighting options, which could be included in the future
