  2. Parking Lot Elevation: Move windows up slightly. Extend accent band below the windows.
  3. Bellaire Frontage Strip: Plant shrubs instead of Japanese Forest Grass. Japanese Forest Grass prefers partial shade and will not do well in the full sun it would receive at the proposed location.
  4. Update plan so that frontage strip and rear transition strip meet code requirements of 352.11. Frontage strip requirement is 'Medium'. Transistion strip requirement is 'Heavy'. Refer to code for details.
