Presented updated signage and signage to be removed. Committee Concerns, Comments, Questions Will the advertising space be a constant condition of the building? It seems a bit overwhelming. Can they be removed? Will the pole sign remain? Yes Will the pole sign be maintained/painted? Yes Where is the menu board on this site? Why do the menu boards and clearance bars seem to be inconsistent? James Amendola from SCSDC is available for comment. No objections raised. Motion to approve with the condition that the billboard for advertising be removed.
