Committee moved to recommend tabing of action on the proposed project design w/the understanding that the project sponsor will submit revised drawings that reflect the following: (1) the addition of additional landscape materials to the area adjacent to the dumpster enclosure; (2) installion of a bicycle rack in the area adjacent to the store's main customer entrance;  (3) the creation of a more transparent building facade through the replacement of the corrugated metal panels adjacent to the main customer entrance doorway and wherever else possible with clear glass.  The glass panels should extend further down the facade toward the ground than the metal panels currently depicted in the elevation drawings.; (4) the modificiation of the length to height ratio of the sign grid in conjunction with altering the final AT&T logo design so as to maintain the continuity of the white-colored accent band on all of the building's facades.
