Committtee moved to recommend approval of the proposed exterior improvements with the understanding that: (1) the color of the framing stones for the newly deepend egress wells should match the character of the existing building materials; (2) the aforementioned window wells should be drained into the building's existing drainage tile system; (3) the front entrance porches (e.g., columns, cornices, new steps) should be painted a light beige color; (4) the application of vinyl replacement features like windows should be consistently applied across the building's facade and should match the dark brown color that currently frames the window openings; (5) the T-111 paneling that encloses the rear porches should be removed with the porches reverting to their original open air configuration with the addition of metal handrails similar to those utilized on the front porches; and, (6) in conjunction with the removal of the T-111 material, the replacement storm doors shall be relocated to their original configuration.
