Ayonna Donald from the City of Cleveland-Demolition Bureau presented the project stating that since her application for design was submitted, the property had been deemed a forthwith demolition. The project was withdrawn from review.
Mr. Terrance Wilkinson, property owner at 987 E. 105th St was available to express his concerns about the safety of the subject property as well.
