Committee moved to recommend approval of the proposed townhome project's architectural design, site layout and landscaping with the understanding that the project sponsor:  (1) create a radius curb adjacent to the dumpster location at Lorain Ct. & W. 41st Pl. and install a bollard to protect the dumpster enclosure from vehicular turning motions; (2) install bollards along the snow curb installation along the full length of the project's Lorain Ct. frontage; and, (3) add 3-4 lighting fixtures along the proposed 3'-0" wide north-south-oriented walkway that separates Unit 3 from Units 4-6.
