1. Incorporate more green area and shade on south side of building in/around area marked 'Rubber Play Surface' on site plan. Provde shade for seating area. Reconfigure fence and seating area if needed.
2. Redesign fencing around play areas to tie into the building architecture. This may be accomplished by installing masonry piers along the fence to echo the brick on the building. Cap piers with pre-cast concrete or similar. Applicant may present alternative designs that achieve the objective of tieing the fence into the building architecture. |
