Conditions:

1. Expand vestibule into mechanical yard (east side of building between octagon and new gym) to create additional interior space.

2. Southwest Elevation. Make glazing continuous across elevation, or remove it altogether. (submitted drawings show one bank of glass)

3. Southwest and Northeast Elevations. Study using Kal Wall instead of glazing and metal panels. This may save on cost and provide better lighting for gymnasium.

4. Landscaping on W 117th St. Move northerly-most honey locust to the south to create a triangle pattern with the other two honey locusts. Move northerly maple closer to W 117th St and southerly maple further from W 117th St. Configure arborvitae in a straight line (currently, a staggered configuration is shown). Arborvitae are only needed in front of gate to mechanicals.

5. Increase tree caliper to 4"

6. Narrow asphalt providing acces to gym off of Brooklawn Ave.

7. Study if storm basin can be pushed further off Worthington Ave or if the steepness and depth of basin can be reduced. (note: since study was requested, changes to storm basin are NOT required)
