The Committee felt as though there were too many outstanding questions regarding the future use. Given the presenter (Marc Feldman) indicated that this temporary parking lot may be in place for approximately 3 years and there was no landscape plan provided, the project was tabled.

As the immediate use is temporary (1 - 3 years), the concern was for how the post-demolition land would be treated. Conditions include:

1) Provide site plan showing location of additional trees;

2) provide a compaction plan with a written description;

3) provide illustration with a cut-through section showing materials used and topographic grade to insure stormwater drainage

Applicant will provide this information to City Planning, which will be distributed to the Committee Members.
