Several changes have occurred from the previously approved plan. This review was related specifically to the permitting of the parking garage.  A concern was expressed of the impact relative to the Newton Ave. residents.

1) Building Layout - addition of second generator, which is awkwardly positioned, has expanded the enclosure causing the car entryway to be shifted north.

2) Building Height - garage height has increased by 1.5 stories, with the highest point of the building occurring on the northern facade.
