Committee asked for the following considerations:

-          *Windows should be placed overlooking bike racks on west side of building

-         * Provide a spec on any proposed bike racks

-          *How might bike racks be expanded for future phase of the school

-          *Opportunities for wall signage – both on west elevation and on front of building, in  –between the windows

-          *Questions over both vestibules – more glass on the interior vestibule

-          *Define which vestibule is the main entrance, could be accomplished by canopy or signage?

-          *Lighting sconces should extend down the entire building frontage

-          *Awnings could be considered for entire Broadway frontage

Motion to approve with the following conditions:

1). The central vestibule is to be used as the primary entrance

2). An interior second glass door will be installed to connect to the vestibule

3). A transom window will be added approximately 6' above finished floor in the vestibule area

4). Four (4) additional bike racks to be added under the northeast covered area of the building

5). The double door at the northern vestibule will become a single door, signage to indicate visitor entry only.
