The overall configuration is in question and is related to available space for this gas station addition to be feasible. Developer should return with architect and plans should show dimensions, remove the drive-through use proposed and alter with laundry mat, show canopy details in elevations, show turn radius, and provide a traffic study for the increased traffic that will be generated from this use and the impact that will occur for pedestrian traffic. |
