1) Update site plan to reflect door on south-east elevation and location of bike rack; 2) Coping material on vertical sections should match brick color; 3) Include a sandstone bank around all sides of the building that aligns with the awnings; 4) Chang bollard color to orange; 5) Major tree calipers will be 2" ; 6) Reposition lighting fixtures on elevation to reflect the placement of 3 windows on the Broadway side; 7) Update landscape plan to reflect the Broadway frontage trees will correspond with the placement of windows, and expand landscape area at Broadway/Jones corner for proposed materials to be more widely spread out.

Site plan and landscape plan brought to meeting were inconsistent with what was approved by local DR Committee. This will be corrected prior to applicant receiving Planning Department's signature.
