| MRN’s Uptown project and the new Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) both received approvals for building designs only earlier in 2010, with the condition that they reappear with public space, landscape and other details at a later date. The two have partnered with CWRU to hire JCFO to develop these plans, which are divided into three core pieces – Uptown (MOCA) Plaza, the Alley, and the Beach Buffer. |
