Description: Rehab of gas station into a car wash
Notes:  
Existing vacant building is to be re-used as a car wash with 4 self-service bays. The new rehab is to also include a building addition for a new automatic wash tunnel and a new equipment room. Site is to be landscaped.

City Planning Commission approved the plan in accordance with the Northeast Design Review Region. The City Planning Commission also mandated that 1). A black ornamental fence be used instead of a white fence. 2). the signage be revisited with the Northeast Design Review Committee.

Conditions/Notes:  
Motion to approve the project with the following stated conditions: 1). The mullion on the western facade of the building is to align with the horizontal ban. 2). A window is to be placed in the rear of the building, west of the doorway entrance. 3). The direction of the alignment of the corrugated metal is to be studied, so that the alignment of the metal is consistent between the two buildings. 4). The sign is approved conceptually, but is to be resubmitted to the committee to be reviewed for new lettering that includes all "CAPS" and mention of the neighborhood being either "Euclid Beach" or "Lake Shore."
