Grind out mortar joints 100% then tuck point. Tear out above right side of window, then put [in] original soldier course. Plywood comes down. Nine bricks [behind plywood] need to be replaced. Use of granite TBD.

Mild chemical cleaning of masonry. Remove and tuckpoint mortar as needed. Replace missing bricks at top, to match existing color. Replace bricks (soldier course over southern-most window system, to match other window area. Repair coping. Clean and paint side of bldg. to match front masonry color(s). Add aluminum brake-metal sill over granite to match window system (approx. dark bronze, about 2 1/2" in width. Repaint window system and door to match existing. Add two (2) custom (about 2 ft. tall) wooden stand-alone planter boxes with panel designs to go under two large window systems.
