Motion to approve the building as submitted, with further approval still needed of entryway element (colonnade). Also pending further deign review are signage and site amenities including: landscaping, fencing, parking, and bicycle parking. Elements discussed, such as window heights and mullions are to be consistent per design committees recommendation.

A recommendation, but not a condition of approval, suggested by the committee was for the review of brick detailing.

Motion to approve the project conceptually. Committee recommended the architects look further at the stepped entranceway in the front of the building as well as rear entranceway. Also, it was suggested that the architect incorporate the "staff line," located on the northwest corner of the building, further into the design. Signage, lighting, landscaping, bike parking, parking, and selection of brick choice must be reviewed in further for final design approval.
