Owner/Rep: Micheal DeMarco
Architect: Vocan Design
Description: new constreuction of bank branch
Notes:
This particular case came to City Planning for guidance prior to passage of the legislation forming the new committee. Key Bank representatives thought that they were going to be finished with all of the permitting back in February prior to the new legislation being passed. However the project required the consolidation of two lots and they were not able to proceed with permitting.

Staff of CPC and UCI has met with them for a preliminary meeting. They are now subject to Euclid Corridor design review approval due to the time in which they will be applying for permit.
